Kauai County officials said late on Thursday that a woman the Kauai Police Department was searching for has been found.
Tara Andrea Noel, 28, arrived on the Garden Isle on Sunday. She was dropped off at Hanalei Pier on that afternoon, police said.

Hanalei sub-station reopens

After four months of renovation, the 30-year-old Hanalei sub-station, home to the Kaua‘i Police Department’s North Shore station as well as the Hanalei fire station, reopened its doors Wednesday, according to county officials.
