Former Kauai Mayor Maryanne Kusaka has been subpoenaed to testify in front of a special grand jury investigating the 2006 Kaloko dam break that killed seven people.
The Honolulu Star-Bulletin reports Kusaka spent most of Monday inside and outside the grand jury room at the Lihue courthouse, but she left without testifying.
