Haena Crash Report Released

The report does not give the definitive cause of the crash, but offers clues including information about fractures on the tail of the chopper that may have been caused by stress.

NTSB report cites 2 problems on crashed copter

Investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board have found two possible problems with the hydraulic system of the AS 350 Heli USA helicopter that crashed March 8 at Princeville, Kauai, killing four people.
