A. North Shore Express is staffed Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm daily. We believe that our customers deserve reliable delivery services they can count on during business hours. Our staff is second to none and will be happy to assist you with all of your same-day and next-day delivery needs.

Q. What areas of Kauai do you service?

A. North Shore Express can service same-day, next-day and routine delivery requests for parcels ready to be picked up (or dropped off) at one (1) of the following locations: Hanalei, Princeville or Kilauea. In other words, the pick-up or drop-off location must be Hanalei, Princeville, or Kilauea. Goods can then be transported to or from any of the following areas we currently service: Moloaa, Anahola, Kapaa, Hanamaulu, Lihue and Puhi. Our integrated dispatching technology and strategic partnerships enable North Shore Express to provide seamless delivery solutions for our customers each and every day.

Q. Can I track my deliveries via your website?

A. Absolutely! We have designed our website to provide a simplistic approach to order entry and tracking capability. In fact, the North Shore Express on-line ordering solution is so easy that it allows our customers to have 100% control and flexibility of their daily shipments. Our website is fully integrated with our dispatch system and allows our customers to feel as though they are dispatching their own shipments. Q. How much does a delivery cost?

A. Delivery fees are based on employee wages, gasoline prices (zip to zip pricing), delivery vehicle depreciation and insurance expenses. Click here for pricing information. Fees are based on delivery of one (1) parcel weighing 25 pounds or less. Contact us for more information on our special delivery rates if your delivery involves a parcel(s) weighing more than 25 pounds.

Q. How can I speak with someone ‘live’ about my same-day delivery needs?

A. No. Packages MUST be properly sealed and ready for delivery at pickup.
