Black Pot expansion deadline to be ‘down to the wire’

Kauai sees big increase in home sales

Sales of single-family homes on Kauai in January increased three-fold, while the number of condominiums sold doubled.
There were 31 single-family homes sold on Kauai last month, more than three times the 10 houses that were sold in January 2009, according to Hawaii Information Service.
