Settlement finalized in Ka Loko lawsuits

Two arrested following Ha‘ena shooting

Two people were arrested last night following a disturbance in the parking lot across from the Waikanaloa Wet Cave in Ha‘ena, a county news release says.
A 39-year-old Kapa‘a man was arrested for reckless endangerment and place to keep firearms, and a 35-year-old Kapa‘a man was arrested for drunk driving.
Both men were released on bail.

Princeville man arrested for terroristic threatening

A 25-year-old Princeville man was arrested Monday morning on four counts of first degree terroristic threatening.
Perez Gonday Ragagad is being held at Police Cellblock with his bail set at $20,000.
Police officers responded at around 8:03 a.m. to a report of a domestic argument at Hale Honu apartments in Princeville.
