Kauai firm Aqua Engineers signs $229M Army wastewater deal

Federal agency fines Kauai tobacco company

Visitor arrivals plummet 25 percent on Kauai

The number of August visitors to Hawaii plummeted 17.4 percent in the wake of the nation’s financial crisis, mortgage meltdown and escalating oil prices.
