High school and college students 16 years and older have until Friday to turn in applications for the Kauai county Summer Employment Program.

Applications can be accessed and submitted online at www.kauai.gov, or picked up at the Mo’ikeha Building, Department of Personnel Services, suite 140, or Mayor’s office, suite 235, or at any neighborhood center.

Internships will be offered in various county departments from June 16 to July 31.

Employment in the Summer Enrichment Program, including recreation and golf course aides, will run for 5-1/2 weeks, June 12 to July 21.
