
Two men have been arrested and charged with various drug-related offenses, according to a county press release.
Alan Bertolino, 43, was charged with second-degree commercial production of marijuana, third degree promotion of a detrimental drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Bertolino is being held on $6,050 bail.
David Rojeck, 42, was charged with third-degree promotion of a detrimental drug. He was released the same night.
The two were arrested Friday night at a home in Moloa‘a where the Kaua‘i Police Department was serving a warrant, according to the release.
