Authorities apprehend Santos

Chris Dichoso Santos

Three-time fugitive Chris Dichoso Santos, who has eluded federal, state and local officials efforts to arrest him three times in the last four months, has been arrested.

Santos, is also want for parole violation, resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle and criminal property damage, as well as second-degree attempted murder as a result of failed arrest attempts.

In addition to his four current charges, Santos is on parole for charges of first-degree burglary, unauthorized control of a motor vehicle, resisting an order to stop a motor vehicle, second-degree theft and unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle.

He has 53 prior arrests and 17 convictions, seven of which are felonies.
